What happens in your first 90 days at Sway
A transparent look at the process. Assessment, team assembly, coordination, and your first progress review. No surprises.

People ask us what working with Sway actually looks like. Not the philosophy. Not the theory. The practical, week-by-week reality.
Here is exactly what happens.
Key takeaways
1. Your first 90 days follow a structured process: assessment, team assembly, first sessions, weekly coordination, and a formal progress review at day 90.
2. You meet every specialist before committing. If someone is not the right fit, we make a change.
3. Your Lead Coach is your single point of contact throughout.
Week 1: the assessment
Everything starts with a 90-minute in-person assessment at your home. This is not a fitness test. It is a health assessment.
We evaluate how your body moves. Where you have pain or restriction. What your goals are. What your history looks like. What your daily life demands.
Your Lead Coach conducts the assessment. They ask about your sleep, your stress levels, your diet, your medical history, and what you want to be able to do in five years that you cannot do today.
By the end of the session, your Lead Coach has a clear picture of what your body needs. Not what you think it needs. What the assessment shows.
Week 2: your team
Based on the assessment, your Lead Coach recommends a team. This might be two specialists or five. It depends entirely on what the assessment reveals.
You meet every specialist before your programme begins. A 15-minute introductory call with each person. If someone does not feel like the right fit, we replace them. No questions asked.
Our Lead Coach Daniele explains: "The team has to feel right. Clinical skill matters, but so does trust. If a client does not connect with a specialist, the work will not be as effective. We always offer alternatives."
Weeks 3 to 8: the programme
Your specialists begin working with you according to the plan your Lead Coach built. Sessions happen at your home or at a location you choose.
Behind the scenes, something important is happening. Your specialists are communicating.
Every week, your Lead Coach reviews notes from all specialists. If your physio flags a concern, your strength coach adjusts the programme. If your nutritionist notices your energy is dropping mid-afternoon, they adjust your meal timing. If your massage therapist reports persistent tension in your shoulders, your psychotherapist explores what might be driving it.
This weekly coordination loop is what makes Sway different from booking five separate practitioners.
Week 12: the progress review
At 90 days, your Lead Coach conducts a formal review. We reassess your movement, compare it to your initial assessment, and review the data from all your specialists.
This is where you see the numbers. Range of motion changes. Strength improvements. Pain reduction. Sleep quality. Energy levels.
Based on the review, the programme adjusts. Some specialists may no longer be needed. Others may be added. The team evolves as you do.
What stays constant
Your Lead Coach is your single point of contact from day one. They coordinate the team, answer your questions, and ensure nothing falls through the gaps.
You never need to relay information between specialists. You never need to remember what your physio said to tell your trainer. That is our job.
