Cancellation & Refunds

Life moves, and so do calendars. Our policy is meant to be fair to you and to the coach holding time for you. To change anything, simply email hello@swaystudio.co.uk and we will sort it.

Your assessment

You can move or cancel your free online assessment at any time, with no charge. For an assessment in your home, we ask for 24 hours’ notice; cancel later than that and the £150 fee may be retained to cover the coach’s reserved time and travel.

Rescheduling sessions

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move or cancel a session. With notice, we simply rebook it - no session is lost. Cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, a session is counted as taken. We always use good judgement for genuine emergencies and illness.

Package validity

Session packages do not expire - they are yours to use at the pace that suits your life. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Refunds

If you have bought a package and changed your mind, we will refund any sessions you have not yet taken. Completed sessions and the assessment are not refundable. Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 14 days. If something has gone wrong on our side, tell us - we will always put it right.

How to cancel

One email is all it takes. Write to hello@swaystudio.co.uk with what you would like to change, and we will confirm by reply.
