Cancellation & Refunds

Life moves, and so do calendars. Our policy is meant to be fair to you and to the coach holding time for you. To change anything, simply email hello@swaystudio.co.uk and we will sort it.

Your assessment

You can move or cancel your free assessment at any time, with no charge. If it is taking place in your home, we simply ask for 24 hours’ notice so your coach can plan their day and travel around it.

Rescheduling sessions

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a session. With notice, the session is kept for you and we simply rebook it. Cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed, a session is counted as taken. We always use good judgement for genuine emergencies and illness.

Sessions you have not used

A session you cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice stays yours for three months. Rebook it within that time and nothing is lost. After three months, an unused session lapses. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Cancelling your membership

Your membership is not a lock-in. You can cancel at any time by giving four weeks’ notice, which lets your coach offer that time to someone else. The sessions in those four weeks are yours to use as normal.

Refunds

If you have paid for sessions and changed your mind, we will refund any you have not yet taken. Completed sessions and the assessment are not refundable. Refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 14 days. If something has gone wrong on our side, tell us - we will always put it right.

How to cancel

One email is all it takes. Write to hello@swaystudio.co.uk with what you would like to change, and we will confirm by reply.
