We start by teaching your body how to move. Pilates rebuilds your foundation: control, breath, and the deep muscles that hold you steady.

How we coach

How it works, and what we ask

How coaching works. It starts with your assessment. From there your coach builds a plan made only for you, and you train one-to-one, in your home or live online, on a steady rhythm that fits your week. Every few weeks they reassess and adjust, so the plan keeps moving as you do, and they stay reachable between sessions for the questions real life throws up.

What we ask of you. Just to show up, and to do the small bits of homework between sessions. Consistency is what makes it work, it is why our members keep 93% of the sessions they book. In return you get a coach who genuinely knows you, and a plan that never stalls.

We invite only those we would welcome into our own homes, and trust with our own families. Every Sway coach is qualified in both Pilates and Strength, fully insured and background-checked.

Your relationship with your coach sits at the centre of what we achieve together. Alongside your regular sessions and ongoing assessment, they design the workouts you do on your own, stay reachable between sessions for advice, and help you find the motivation and confidence to enjoy it.
