The Sway Method
One method, built around you
Not a menu of classes. One coach and one method that moves you through four phases - Stabilise, Wire, Advance, Yours - each building on the last.
Four phases
The method, spelled out
Everyone starts where their body is and moves through the same four phases, at their own pace. The first letters spell the name.

Stabilise
Your assessment shows us where to begin. This first phase is about relearning how to move. We wake up the muscles that have switched off and settle the imbalances behind your aches, using Pilates to rebuild your foundation: the control, breathing and deep-core strength that hold you steady. Get this right and everything that comes after stands on solid ground.

Wire
Now we make good movement automatic. Your coach guides each rep until the right patterns feel natural, so you stop thinking about your form and simply move well. This is where it leaves the session and shows up in real life, from lifting a child to getting up off the floor, all of it easier and safer.

Advance
With your foundation in place, we build real strength. Progressive Strength and Conditioning adds power, muscle and the bone density that keeps you capable and independent for decades. And because you learned to move well first, you get stronger safely, without the niggles that come from loading a body before it's ready.

Yours
By now, the method is yours. Your plan keeps changing as your body and your goals do, with recovery built in so progress holds and nothing flares up. This is the part most training skips: not a quick push, but strength that feels like yours and stays with you for good.
