The fine print, kept simple
Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms set out how we work together. They apply whenever you book an assessment or sessions with Sway. By booking, you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, write to us at hello@swaystudio.co.uk - we would rather you ask than wonder.
Who we are
Sway is a coached movement practice pairing Pilates with Strength and Conditioning, delivered in your home or live online, anywhere in the world. We operate from 39 Barnwell Road, London SW2. References to “we”, “us” and “Sway” mean Sway; “you” means the person booking.
Bookings and packages
We begin with an assessment - a free 45-minute session online, or a 90-minute session in your home for £150. Thereafter, sessions are bought in blocks of 2, 4, 8 or 12. You can stop at any time, and sessions you have paid for never expire. A booking is confirmed once it is scheduled and, where applicable, paid for.
Payment
Packages are paid in advance of your first session in the block, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Prices are quoted at the time of booking and are inclusive of your coach travelling to you within agreed areas. Cancellations and refunds are covered in our Cancellation & Refunds policy.
Your health
Coaching with Sway is movement training, not medical treatment, diagnosis or therapy. Please consult your doctor before starting, particularly if you are pregnant, postnatal, recovering from injury or managing a health condition. You agree to tell your coach about anything relevant to your wellbeing, and to stop and seek advice if something does not feel right. You take part of your own free choice.
Your coach, and your space
Every Sway coach is qualified, insured, background-checked and met in person before they meet you. They will treat you and your home with care and discretion. In return, we ask that you provide a safe, suitable space for sessions in your home and treat your coach with the same respect.
Liability
We take real care, and our coaches are fully insured. To the extent the law allows, Sway is not liable for loss or injury arising from training undertaken against advice, from undisclosed health matters, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives here.
