Know your numbers
Two quick calculators our coaches use as a starting point. No sign-up, nothing stored.
Daily energy
How much your body uses in a day
Your resting number is what you burn doing nothing at all. The daily number adds how active you are.

BMI
·
Fill in height, weight and age to see your numbers. BMI cannot tell muscle from fat, so if you train it reads high. Treat both numbers as a rough guide, not a target.
| BMI | Weight status |
|---|---|
| Below 18.5 | Underweight |
| 18.5 to 24.9 | Healthy |
| 25 to 29.9 | Overweight |
| 30 and above | Obese |
Calories and BMI say what you weigh, not what you need. A free assessment with a coach does.
Strength
Your one-rep max, without lifting it
Enter a weight you lifted and how many reps you managed. We estimate the most you could lift once, and the weights to train with.
Estimated one-rep max
·
An estimate from a set of 3 to 10 reps is the most reliable. Never test a true one-rep max without a coach beside you.
The number tells you where you are. Your coach turns it into a plan that fits your body.
