How much does Sway cost?

Your first step is an assessment. The online assessment is a free 45-minute video session with no obligation. If you would prefer an in-home assessment, that is a 90-minute session for £150. Ongoing coaching is tailored to your plan.

Where do Sway sessions take place?

In your home, or live online from anywhere in the world. Your coach comes to you, or works with you over video.

What does Sway's method involve?

Move well first, then get strong. We begin with Pilates so you learn to move with control and good mechanics, then build into Strength and Conditioning so you become genuinely strong. It is one coherent method, not a menu of separate services.

Yes. You work with one qualified coach who gets to know your body, your history and your goals, and stays with you as you progress. That continuity is what makes the coaching effective.

One qualified coach knows your body and progresses you from moving well to genuine strength, in your home or live online. Nutrition and mental wellbeing support are available through a vetted external network when you want them.

How do I book a Sway assessment?

Visit swaystudio.co.uk and book your free assessment. Pick a time that suits you and your coach will confirm it and send your video link. You can also message us on WhatsApp with any questions first.

Are Sway's coaches qualified?

Yes. Every Sway coach is qualified, fully insured and DBS-checked. Founder Daniele Panzanaro is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Strength and Conditioning and Alan Herdman Pilates qualified.
