It all starts with an assessment, a free 45-minute video call, or 90 minutes in your home for £150. Packages carry no expiry.

Why we work in packages

Real change comes from consistency, not the odd hard session. Turning up regularly is what reshapes your body over time. We believe that’s the single biggest factor in getting results, so we reward it: the more sessions you book each month, the less each one costs. It’s also how we keep proper coaching within reach for more people.

A fortnightly check-in across Pilates, a little strength and recovery. Enough to keep your form sharp and your body moving well, plus a simple plan to follow on your own in between.

Four a month

Weekly coaching across Pilates, strength and recovery. Enough rhythm for it to stick, with your plan progressing each week as you get stronger.

Feel the change

Eight a month

Two sessions a week, so we can properly balance Pilates, strength and recovery. This is where most people start to see and feel real results.

Go all in

Twelve a month

Three a week, with Pilates, strength and recovery fully woven together and tailored as you go, and momentum that builds on itself.

Pilates teaches the movement; strength builds it. The more you commit each month, the more your coach weaves the two together, with room for recovery and steady progression.
